Ben has 8 years of engineering project management and product development in specialty materials, specifically glass and plastics. Ben has a degree in Chemical Engineering and Applied Mathematics (University of Colorado, Boulder). Throughout his career, he has helped bring multiple early-stage innovation projects through concept generation to start-up and high-volume manufacturing. He has extensive background in process improvement and operational excellence. Ben is a supply chain manager with Tesla who manages program timelines for engineering changes and developments of glass assemblies.
