With over 25 years’ experience in the composites industry, including leading roles in Sales, Marketing, R&T and Innovation. He has developed over 100 products for several sports companies and filed a dozen of exploited patents. Pascal has been involved in several innovative carbon composites projects and founded a product innovation agency in 2002 where he successfully developed bio-mimetic IP licensing business in the protective helmet category.
